HANYS: Practice Advancement Strategies Offers Value-Based Payment Support

From The Healthcare Association of New York State: As DSRIP moves into the end of Year 3, focus on outcome measures and value-based-payment (VBP) will increase. The goal of reaching 80%-90% VBP arrangements by April 2020 challenges all PPSs requiring focused efforts to improve the quality of care, patient and provider experience, and cost management. The Additional High Performance Program (AHPP) offers PPSs and partners additional performance-based funding aligned with the key metrics of the PPSs. Current understanding of PPS performance and strategies to achieve targets is critical to optimize access to these payments.

Nicole Harmon, Senior Director of the Healthcare Association of New York State [HANYS] invites you to listen to a recording of her recent webinar Charting Your Path to Achieve DSRIP VBP Goalspresented in October with Evan Brooksby, Director of Policy Analysis and Special Projects at HANYS.

Practice Advancement Strategies has extensive experience engaging PPSs and their partners in dialogue, conducting gap analysis, and plan development. Please contact Nicole Harmon at nharmon@hanys.org or at (716) 201-1170 to discuss how she can help you achieve the DSRIP VBP and AHPP goals.
