How comfortable are you with VBP? Please Take our Survey!

We, the DSRIP programs of Community Partners of WNY and Millennium Collaborative Care, are proud to continue to offer opportunities to learn about the changes to health care and its payment models. This survey is a chance for you to give feedback on our education efforts to date.

As you may already be aware, The New York State Department of Health is changing the way healthcare providers and networks are compensated. As part of this change our network offers on-going and periodic opportunities to learn about Value Based Payment (VBP) planning and arrangements. VBP  holds providers and payers accountable for the health of their patients to improve health outcomes and reduce costs by shifting from fee for service payment models. This is part of a statewide transformation in healthcare and strives to account for 80% of provider payments by Medicaid by next year (2020). We are offering our partners assistance in evolving during this time of change and we’d like to know if you’ve been able to access this guidance or if it’s useful to you.

Thank you for your feedback on this survey. We will keep this survey open until February 28, 2019. If multiple individuals in your organization would like to reply, we welcome multiple perspectives on our work.
