Catholic Health has partnered with D’Youville College to help implement a community clinic within the Health Professions Hub. The Community Partners of WNY (CPWNY) invested $5,070,000 to help aid the building of the Hub. As described on the D’Youville College’s website, the Hub will be used as a teaching hospital, and will offer home health and community services with a wide variety of trained health teams. The Hub will offer education programs for undergraduate and graduate students, all levels of certification programs, and even programs for high school students. The partnership with Catholic Health will extend professional staffing and necessary resources to operate patient-centered primary care services for the community. Construction is expected to be complete around the Fall of 2020.
