Community Health Worker (CHW) Conference and Retreat

On Friday, March 13, 2020, D’Youville College is holding a CHW conference and retreat. This conference starts at 9:00am to 12:00pm, and is open to CHWs, stakeholders, community members, and employers. For CHWs, a lunch, and retreat, will be offered from 12:00pm to 2:00pm. Well Women Health Summit

This women’s health event takes place on March 14, 2020 from 9:00am to 4:00pm, at the Roswell Park Comprehensive Cancer Center. Delivery System Reform Incentive Payment (DSRIP) Program report for Community Partners of Western New York (CPWNY)

The purpose of the report is to share results of DSRIP programs with Performing Provider System (PPS). This report focuses on CPWNY study participants on “assessment of the implementation, operation, and patient care.” Additionally, the report describes CPWNY PPS findings, recommendations, and plans for future research.
